We want you to love your Divine Charm earrings. Every piece is handmade with care, and we do our best to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Include photos of the product and your order number so we can review and offer a solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll happily replace it or issue store credit.
Custom Orders
All personalised and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
